COSTUME DESIGNER — Tif Bullard Tif Bullard is a Chicago-based costume designer and performer dedicated to process-oriented theatrical research and creation. Tif is a founding member of Weather Talking and has collaborated with Nicholas Monsour on “Discarded Landscape”, “Echo Chamber”, “AirTactLight”, and April is the Cruelest Month with The Center for Decorporative Research. In addition to designing costumes for OH MY SOUL, Tif has costumed the independent films: Speak! and Marilyn, as well as student films: Ransom Note and Perchance to Dream. For the theater, her regional costume design credits include “Gas For Less” at the Goodman Theatre and “Grace” at Northlight Theatre. Her off-Loop theater costume design credits include “Hunger & Thirst” and In the “Solitude of Cotton Fields” at A Red Orchid Theatre, “Killers” at Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co., “Will He Bop, Will He Drop?” at National Pastime Theater, “Florida Styx” at Hypatia Theatre Company, “Savage/Love” at Moving Dock, and “Psyche” at New Theater Collective. She also costumes her own performance work, including “echo chamber” at Links Hall and Rhinoceros Festival; “Surround” at G2 Gallery, Looptopia, and Links Hall; “Caption: Decoded” at Links Hall, Thaw, and Looptopia; “1.2.25” at Chicago Artists Month: 10.07; “Discarded Landscape” at Performing Arts Chicago PAC/edge; and “Lettere d’amore” at Istituto Italiano di Cultura. She has also served as wardrobe stylist for Momix Dance Company, Kohler, Ward & Ames Events, Christina Noel Nall Photography, and Bestsy Johnson Chicago fashion shows. Tif holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Performance Art & Creative Process from DePaul University’s School for New Learning and is a current M.F.A. 2009 candidate in Performance at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
