CO-PRODUCER / SOUND MIXER / NURSE Jeff Harms

Jeff Harms is an actor and musician from Chicago and Seattle. He's a teacher of drawing and art history and a maker of documentary films for Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education. He co-produced and co-starred in Joseph Cashiola’s A Thing As Big As The Ocean, chosen for the IFP Narrative Film Lab and currently in post-production. His animated short, The Bite, has played festivals internationally including the Wildsound "Best of" screening at the National Film Board of Canada, The Santa Fe Film Festival, Short Film Brigade's Best of 2007, Globians Doc Fest in Berlin and Potsdam, and Bauhaus University's
Backup Film Festival in Weimar. He has previously collaborated with Nicholas Monsour in a variety of theatrical productions and on the 24 hr. short film project Dear Friends. He has also put out two albums of original music: "The Myth of Heroics" on DRP Records and "Big Amazing Songs" on Naivete Records.
